So I guess it's the time of year to take stock of ones life and ponder on what I've accomplished in the past 12 months and what I want to accomplish in the next 12.

Well, in 2003 I succeeded in getting a few letters published in a Newspaper, and in 2004 I'd like to actually get paid for something like that.
In 2003 I started trying to lose weight (again!), managed to lose over a stone, but I know that much of it has found me again over Christmas. For 2004 I want to lose more and permanently.
I'm still in the same job but am satisfied with that and don't feel the need to change it.
And I finally got my teeth sorted out, although not without causing severe amounts of pain to my credit card. For 2004 I intend to take better care of both teeth and card than I have been doing.

So here come my resolutions for 2004....
By December 31st 2004 I want..
1. To weigh less than I do January 1st
2. To owe less than I do January 1st
3. To be fitter and healthier than I am January 1st.
(of course since I will be stuffed full of chocolate and probably hungover on New Years Day, number 3 will be an easy one to improve on!)

Anyway, wishing everybody a Happy New Year, some people have already seen it in, some have yet to greet it, so I hope you all have/had a real good time.
